  • 1 ½ cup soaked (overnight) lentils
  • ½ cup soaked (overnight) dry sea moss 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 red onions 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 3 carrots 
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 3 ½ cup crushed tomatoes
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 7 cups veggie stalks 
  • 1 sprig parsley 
  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Chop all the vegetables nicely. 
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onion. 
  • Sauté them for a while and then add other vegetables. 
  • Add salt and sauté the vegetables until they are soft.

  • 1 ½ cup sea moss gel 
  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • Boil your peas until they have melted completely. 
  • Now take a big pot and sauté your vegetables and herbs for approx 5 minutes.

  • Add split peas with its water and let it come to a boil. 
  • Now add ochre, sea moss gel, and then add coconut milk. 
  • Add pepper sauce and let your soup cook for 10minutes.

  • Instead of a kingfish head, you can use red snapper head. 
  • You can use garlic powder and onion powder for a better taste.

  • 1 tbsp sea moss gel 
  • 1 tbsp bladderwrack powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion 
  • 1 ¼ cups chopped carrot
  • 2 minced garlic cloves 
  • 1 ¼ cups chopped celery ribs
  • 2 cups dried lentils
  • 400g crushed tomato
  • ½ tsp cumin powder 
  • ½ tsp coriander powder 
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper 
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 cup finely chopped leek
